breakfast and people could not be better. perfect for everyone.
-
The breakfast has a good selection. Nearby there is a bay for swimming. The way there has a bad stairway down to the beach.
Around the hotel there is nothing but a good pub, a mini market and other hotels. I would have expected more variety nearby.

Lovely Hotel, excellent location and facilities with professional service and amazing food. The rooms are comfortable and very clean! The Spa is outstanding and the staff friendly. Perfect place for relaxation. Fully recommended!!!
-
Location and scenery, gardens, swimming pool and most of all the private jacuzzi on our sea view balcony. Hotel staff were very polite and we were easily accommodated on our request for late check out (up to 5 pm).
Although comfortable, the room furniture were not the standard of a five star hotel. The tv was an old crt tv, not lcd. Some parts of the hotel need urgent repairs. Our veranda railing was almost ready to fall off. During breakfast, items at the buffet were running out and were not replaced. Only one hotel restaurant was available for meals at any time. Not much choice for a meal.

Friendly stuff, nice pool and pool bar...
-
The whole hotel but especially the rooms(floors with fitted carpets) were very poored decorated, old fashioned design, needs rennovation urgently. Moreover, due to bad cleaning of the drains of the balcony our room was floated and we had to leave the hotel at 5.30 in the morning. Of course they offered us another room but since we were awake and packed our things we preffered to leave.

I love the Azia Resort & Spa. The staff, the rooms, the swimming pools, the spa, everything is fantastic! I always try to stay at the Azia at least one night when I visit my family in Cyprus.
-
The hotel was clean, comfortable and well appointed although it was not new and in places was showing some ageing. This did not detract from the overall experience. The staff were truly international and all spoke excellent english.
-
The hotel staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The hotel is very child friendly so excellent for families with children. Indoor swimming pool is a plus for off season stays. Spa treatments given by experienced and friendly staff.
The Azia Blue rooms were basic but clean. The website gives the impression of a super luxury hotel although I would rate the hotel as four star rather than five.
-
The fantastic grounds around the hotel, the view of the sea and the ambience of the hotel.
The corridors can be quite noisy as the 2nd floor does not have a carpet to soften conversations etc.
-
The reception area. The breakfast.
The room, too small. No privacy on the balcony, overlooked on both sides and from the top. The veiw from the balcony overlooked a rubbish site. No way is this Hotel of a 5 star standard, more like 2 or 3.

Upon entry in a room at the 4th Floor we found that the airconditioning was almost not existing. The technician ( eastern block ) promised that within half hour the unit will operate. We lost our afternoon..so we let the unit running during our absence, hoping to be ok upon our late night return. We faced the same situation and we started discussions , complains and searches for another room. They showed us 3 other rooms with the same problem and only when we decided to depart at 2.15 am,a proper room with working unit appeared. We stayed another night and upon check out..NO Deductions,No apologies by anyone....NOT A 5 star service

The hotel was good, staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was good, but not cheapest ever. Pool area was always spotless and not overcrowded at all. Only disappointment was at checkout when they had charged us for a massage we didn't have and nobody seemed to believe us when we said it wasn't us, even though the signature on the tab was nothing like the ones they had been receiving all the time for the food and drinks. However, it did get sorted. I would not say the hotel was 5*, but certainly 4* and the service and staff made up for the difference - however the price we paid was 5*
